Ionic Development Company Expands Women-Led Team with New Hire

BOSTON – Ionic Development Company, one of Boston’s only women-led development companies, announced that Briana Pinheiro, an accomplished professional in the commercial real estate sector, has joined as Vice President.

Pinheiro brings demonstrated leadership excellence across a diverse portfolio of asset classes and a consistent approach to maximizing property value to her new role.       

Throughout her 15 years in real estate development, Pinheiro successfully led large-scale commercial estate projects across markets in the Greater Boston area.  She possesses a strong technical aptitude, coupled with strategic thinking skills, and drives informed decisions that align with project objectives while steering projects to success.
