Gary Watters
IRON RIVER — Gary Watters, a realtor with Stephens Real Estate’s Iron River office, has earned his Wisconsin real estate license.
Already licensed in Michigan, Watters can now more effectively assist clients with buying and selling property in both states, according to a news release by Ryan Gordon, owner and broker of Stephens Real Estate.
Watters also was also recently awarded the Seller Representative Specialist designation, designed to elevate an agent’s methods, tools and techniques to provide better support and services.
Since joining the Stephens team in 2024, Watters in 2025 ranked among the top 15% of local realtors and the top 25% of agents across the entire Upper Peninsula, according to the news release.
A graduate of Saginaw Valley State University with a degree in criminal justice, Watters spent more than three decades as a parole and probation agent with the Michigan Department of Corrections, developing discipline, integrity and attention to detail. He was previously awarded the Accredited Buyer Representative, or ABR, designation and is an active member of the National, Michigan, Wisconsin and Upper Peninsula Associations of Realtors.
