Edmond de Rothschild and the environmental infrastructure specialist PEARL have announced the third closing of the PEARL Infrastructure Capital II SCA, RAIF fund. On 28 February, the fund closed with €306m (CHF 293.4m) in line with its target of €400m.
PEARL II is an investment fund specialising in equity financing on a majority basis of environmental infrastructure projects in Europe.
Its projects include renewable energy production, waste recovery and the circular economy. These mainly target industrial groups and local authorities facing ecological and energy transition challenges.
