A Cleveland commercial real estate company recently bought an Englewood warehouse for more than $25 million, new property records show.

It’s the second biggest Montgomery County property sale so far in 2026.

A Cleveland limited liability company, 301 Lau Parkway, spent $25.1 million on a 252,449-square-foot warehouse at 5265 Old Salem Road, records show. ECP Oakridge Lau Parkway Holdings was the seller, and records give the transaction date as June 8.

The transaction was divided into dual parcels of about 19 acres each. The site has also been marketed as having a 301 Lau Parkway address.

According to the deed, the buyer has the same street address as Weston, which identifies itself as one of Cleveland’s largest private industrial property owners. Questions about the sale were sent to the company.

This is the second biggest sale of 2026 so far for Montgomery County, the county Auditor’s Office said. There was a $41.9 million sale on a warehouse at 2200 Douglas Way in Union on Feb. 11.

And on June 10, Chestnut Chicago Holdings LLC purchased 1.2 acres of vacant commercial property at 10259 Byers Road in Miami Twp. for $2.57 million. The land is the site of a new DG Market.
