Avi Feinberg has joined Akin as a real estate partner in New York, the firm said Tuesday.
Feinberg has experience representing debt and equity investors in real estate financings, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, preferred equity investments, ground leases, and restructurings, according to Akin.
He works with real estate sponsors and developers, REITs, and private equity, credit, and other asset managers, Akin said.
He practiced at Fried Frank.
