President Joe Biden made a visit to the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore on Friday (local time), expressing determination to rebuild the structure, as reported by The Hill. “We are committed to rebuilding this bridge as quickly as humanly possible,” he assured, emphasizing the use of union labor and American steel in the reconstruction process. Biden’s visit came in the aftermath of last week’s tragic bridge collapse in Baltimore, where he conveyed solidarity with the affected community.
