Penthouse Pet busted for allegedly swiping Rolex and luxury goods from Tesla

A former Penthouse Pet was allegedly caught on surveillance video swiping a Rolex and other luxury goods from a Tesla during Coachella weekend before landing back behind bars.

Adva Lavie, the Los Angeles model and social media influencer who also goes by Mia Ventura, was arrested Wednesday night in Beverly Hills on an outstanding felony warrant tied to an April 2025 investigation in Indio.

Prosecutors said she had removed her court-ordered GPS ankle monitor while out on bail in a separate Los Angeles County theft case, prompting a judge to revoke her bond.

According to Indio police, surveillance footage from inside the rental appears to show Lavie taking valuables from a victim’s Tesla.

The latest Riverside County case stems from an Airbnb rental during Coachella, where investigators say Lavie stole thousands of dollars in luxury property from guests.

Authorities allege the stolen items included an $8,600 Rolex, $700 Louis Vuitton sunglasses, a $1,800 Louis Vuitton card holder and the victim’s handicap parking pass.

“Only on my stuff, I think you’re probably talking about over $10,000,” the victim, identified only as Oscar, told NBC.

“I felt violated,” the man said.

Oscar said he met Lavie through mutual friends before the festival and invited her to the Airbnb.

He claimed she became upset after he refused to give her a free Coachella wristband.

Although he reported the theft after the festival, he contacted police again after learning about similar allegations involving Lavie in Los Angeles County.

The new felony grand theft allegation adds to Lavie’s mounting legal troubles.

She was arrested in March and charged in Los Angeles County with six felonies, including two counts of grand theft, two counts of burglary and two counts of unauthorized use of personal identifying information.

Police have also accused Lavie of stealing from multiple victims staying at another Indio Airbnb during the festival.

One victim reported over $25,000 in jewelry, credit cards, and cologne missing on April 15, while another told investigators that jewelry, high-end sunglasses, and an expensive wallet had also disappeared.

Lavie appeared before a Los Angeles judge Thursday wearing a blue jail-issued gown and handcuffs.

After spotting a Post photographer in the courtroom, the former Penthouse Pet quickly turned her head and body away from the cameras.

Court filings also allege Lavie violated the conditions of her release by leaving Los Angeles County and obtaining an Israeli passport.

A judge had previously allowed her to remain free after issuing warnings over the alleged violations, but her bond was revoked after prosecutors said she removed her GPS monitoring device.

She is scheduled for a Friday bail hearing to determine whether she will remain behind bars while awaiting trial.

Lavie has also filed a motion for diversion in which she disclosed allegations of sexual abuse, illicit drug use and her past as a paid escort in Las Vegas.

The criminal case also derailed her engagement to billionaire California businessman Stephen Cloobeck.

The couple split in early June, and Lavie no longer lives in Cloobeck’s $26 million Beverly Hills mansion.

Cloobeck was separately arrested on allegations of witness tampering in connection with the original case.

He surrendered in May, posted $300,000 bail and was released the same day.

He is expected to enter a plea on Aug. 7
