Alternatives investment provider iCapital has launched a new digital offering in Hong Kong and Singapore that connects wealth managers to alternative asset managers on a single platform.
The iCapital Marketplace aims to be a one-stop-shop for wealth managers to access a selection of alternative investment offerings, and is s a key milestone in the firm’s expansion in Asia Pacific, according to a statement.
‘iCapital has been out in Asia for about three years now. We are here because there’s a lot of demand from the private wealth community looking for good quality, alternative products to be available in the region,’ Edwin Chan, the firm’s head of Asia and head of client solutions Apac (pictured) told Citywire Asia.
