Basingstoke-based SME funding provider Asset Advantage has appointed a new sales support and credit administrator.
Phoebe Dilly joins the firm from Aldermore Bank, where she served as a customer service adviser within its asset finance team, supporting both customer and broker enquiries.
Prior to that, she worked for French multinational bank BNP Paribas as an administrator within its collections team.
In her new role at Asset Advantage, Dilly will be working with both the sales and credit teams to support the progression of funding applications – overseeing documentation and credit checks as well as providing administrative support throughout the underwriting process.
Working with colleagues across the business, she will help to ensure applications are processed efficiently, documentation requirements are met, and both customers and broker partners receive a seamless service.
Dilly said: “I am delighted to have joined Asset Advantage and consider myself lucky to be welcomed in by such a great and supportive team.
“I hope to develop my skills here to further my career with Asset Advantage, and I am excited to be part of the company’s growth.”
Gary Thompson, sales director at Asset Advantage, added: “Sales support and credit administration are vital to ensuring we deliver the responsive, efficient service our broker partners and customers expect.
“As the business continues to grow in line with rising demand, Phoebe’s enthusiasm and experience will make her a valuable addition to our team.
“We are thrilled to have her on board.”
