People: Hongkong Land’s Neil Anderson Departs After 2 Decades

Hongkong Land’s longtime head of office leasing, Neil Anderson, has stepped down after two decades with the flagship developer, in an exit Bloomberg described as part of a broader strategic shift for the group. Also on the move, Singapore’s CapitaLand Investment has named a new deputy chairman and the head of India’s Godrej Properties has transitioned to a non-executive role as he takes over leadership of the family’s principal holding company from his uncle.
