CanFirst Adds 326K-SF Burlington Industrial Park To Portfolio

CanFirst Capital Management has acquired three Class-A industrial buildings totalling 326,000 square feet in Burlington.

The properties are located at 3100 and 3250 Harvester Rd. and 875 Laurentian Dr., within an established industrial district near the QEW and Guelph Line.

The portfolio offers connections to Highway 403 and the wider Golden Horseshoe transportation network. Its location between Toronto and Hamilton also provides access to a large regional labour and consumer base.

The acquisition gives CanFirst a multi-building cluster that can provide leasing flexibility and spread tenant rollover risk across several properties.

CanFirst did not disclose the purchase price, vendor, occupancy level or financing terms.

The Toronto-based private equity real estate manager invests in industrial and office properties across major Canadian markets in partnership with institutional and private investors.

CanFirst has previously invested in Burlington industrial real estate. The company formerly owned a 288,580-square-foot multi-tenant building at 1121 Walkers Line, which it sold in late 2025.
