Hanover Company Launches Construction on Its First SoCal Industrial

Hanover Company, alongside its capital partner, a real estate fund advised by Crow Holdings Capital, has begun construction on a ground-up industrial development in Simi Valley. The project marks the developer’s debut in the region.

The approximately 200,000-square-foot building sits on a 13-acre site at 903 Quimisa Dr. With immediate proximity to CA 118, the project will feature 36’ clear heights, an 8.5” slab, skylights and ample employee parking.

“We are thrilled to bring Hanover Industrial’s first project to Southern California and to establish a presence in the dynamic Simi Valley market,” said Anthony Feenick, development partner at Hanover Company. “We are grateful for our continued partnership with the team at Crow Holdings Capital on this endeavor and look forward to seeing the project come to fruition.”

Located off the 118 freeway, the project is designed to accommodate a variety of users, including corporate headquarters, packaging and assembly or distribution.
