Jonesboro-based Halsey Real Estate has named commercial real estate veteran Mark A. Bingman, MCR, SIOR, vice president and managing director.
Bingman, a 30-year commercial real estate veteran, will lead the company’s new Little Rock commercial office, which will open Oct. 1, 2026, at 8315 Cantrell Road.
“Opening a Little Rock office is an important step in Halsey Real Estate’s continued growth across Arkansas,” said Jerry Halsey, president and CEO of Halsey Real Estate. “Mark has the experience, relationships and understanding of the Central Arkansas market to establish the kind of commercial real estate operation we want to build here.”
Bingman brings four decades of commercial real estate and corporate leadership experience to Halsey Real Estate. Before joining the company, he spent more than two decades leading the commercial and investment division of a large Little Rock brokerage.
He previously held corporate real estate leadership roles with ALLTEL Corp., where his work included retail locations, regional offices, call and data centers and distribution facilities across 26 states.
Earlier in his career, Bingman held several real estate leadership positions with TCBY Enterprises Inc., including vice president of real estate. He oversaw corporate store real estate and franchise site approvals as the company grew from approximately 400 to more than 1,900 locations nationwide.
Bingman’s work spans industrial, office and retail real estate. His experience includes market research, site selection, lease negotiation, construction coordination and asset and property management.
Bingman currently serves as president of the Arkansas Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. He is a past state director for the Arkansas and Oklahoma region of the International Council of Shopping Centers and a past president of the Maumelle Area Chamber of Commerce. He also served eight years on the City of Maumelle Planning Commission, including service as chairman.

Bingman will be joined in Little Rock by commercial agent Zane Neves, an emerging real estate professional with a background in finance. A Jonesboro native now based in Benton, Neves earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where he also played collegiate baseball. He has worked with residential and commercial clients from Halsey Real Estate’s Benton office and will support the company’s growing commercial practice in Little Rock.
Halsey Real Estate will continue serving residential clients through its Benton office, while the new Little Rock office will serve as the company’s Central Arkansas commercial real estate operation.
