Tenity Names Felix Haldner to Board as AI and Digital Assets Focus Grows – Fintech Schweiz Digital Finance News


Tenity has appointed Felix Haldner to its Board of Directors. He brings more than three decades of experience in private markets, financial services and industry governance.

At Partners Group, Haldner served as a partner and Executive Board member, heading the Investment Structures department.

He structured private markets client programmes and led acquisitions and investment sales during his tenure there.

Before joining Partners Group in 2001, he was a partner at PwC, advising asset managers and insurance companies on M&A and tax planning.

His law degree from the University of St. Gallen underpins a career spanning private markets and financial governance.

He also sits on the boards of a public company and several private firms, alongside his prior role as president of the Asset Management Association Switzerland (AMAS), where he championed market access and the competitiveness of the Swiss financial centre.

Tenity’s mandate now extends to AI and digital assets alongside its core fintech focus.

The firm runs early-stage venture investments and corporate innovation programmes from six hubs, including Singapore, its regional base for Asia-Pacific since 2020.
