Experienced real estate leader Shane Kempton will spearhead performance, recruitment and agent growth across Elders Real Estate’s expanding Western Australian network.
Shane Kempton, a real estate leader with over 30 years’ experience, has joined Elders as State Residential Real Estate Manager for Western Australia. Elders says the appointment strengthens its network in the state after adding a significant number of new offices and agents over the past 12 months.

Shane will lead residential real estate performance, capability development, recruitment and agent growth initiatives across the state, working with the existing WA leadership team to support offices across the network.
He brings more than three decades of experience across real estate leadership, business ownership and executive management.
He has also served with the Australian Army and works as a leadership coach outside real estate.
Shane said the move to Elders was driven by the brand’s standing in the market.

The appointment follows what Elders describes as a period of expansion, with the company saying it has welcomed a significant number of new offices and agents into its network over the past 12 months. In the last year, Elders Real Estate became its own standalone division of Elders Limited.
