The initiative will also serve as a platform for on-the-spot grievance redressal, allowing subscribers to raise and resolve their queries and complaints in person with EPFO officials present at the camps.
According to the post shared by the official EPFO handle (@officialepfo), the camps are part of a wider effort to improve accessibility and transparency in how EPFO engages with its subscriber base.
The organisation has said that participants at these camps will get the opportunity to interact directly with officials to understand the various services and processes offered under the EPFO umbrella.

The Nidhi Aapke Nikat initiative, the name translates to “your funds near you” has previously been used by EPFO as a subscriber-outreach format, with this update being labelled version 2.0. The 28 September date has been announced as the day for these camps to be held.
Subscribers looking to resolve pending grievances, understand their provident fund benefits, or clarify EPFO-related processes are encouraged to attend a camp near them on the day.
