American Express Platinum cardholders gain access to a new Centurion Lounge in Amsterdam, replacing lost Lufthansa benefits. The card permits entry to 1,550 Priority Pass lounges plus Delta SkyClubs and Eurostar lounges. Family access is possible via supplementary cards and guest allowances.
The Amex Platinum now includes the newly opened Centurion Lounge at Amsterdam Schiphol, effective September 2026. It replaces discontinued Lufthansa lounge access ending 30 September. Cardholders receive two Priority Pass cards – one for themselves and one for their first supplementary cardholder – each allowing one free guest. Delta SkyClub access applies only to the cardmember, not guests.
Changes to Centurion Lounge rules since July 2026 limit guests to one per card, down from two. Families can still bring four people if both adults hold Platinum cards on the same account. Eurostar lounge access remains restricted to UK-originating trips and excludes guests unless they hold supplementary cards. No dedicated lounges exist in Amsterdam or Rotterdam for Eurostar.
