Pinsent Masons strengthens Manchester real estate offering with partner hire Patrick Duffy


Patrick joins from Shoosmiths and brings extensive experience advising on complex real estate transactions across the development, investment and regeneration sectors. He has built a strong reputation in the Manchester market over the course of his career, having also held senior roles at Addleshaw Goddard and DLA Piper.

With over 30 years’ of experience in the North West real estate market, Patrick is widely recognised for his expertise in supporting development and investment projects and for his strong relationships across the region’s property community. His appointment reflects Pinsent Masons’ continued commitment to growing its presence in Manchester – a strategically important market for its UK Real Estate practice.
