Glendale Police issued a Silver Alert on Oct. 3 for a 64-year-old last seen in Milwaukee.
Anthony R. Gardner was transported to Aurora Sinai Hospital at 1 a.m., Oct. 2, according to an alert from Glendale Police. At approximately 2:23 a.m., law enforcement was informed he walked away from the hospital.
Staff at his group home said he was observed at Wisconsin Community Services, W3732 W. Wisconsin Ave. in Milwaukee, to obtain a check later that morning, according to the alert.
Police described Gardner as a 6-foot-1-inch, 260-pound Black man with brown eyes and a short black beard. He was last seen wearing a Green Bay Packers fleece, red and black checkered pajamas and white tennis shoes.
