RG Corporate Finance has announced a senior promotion following the completion of a number of prominent deals.
Euan Mulholland has become corporate finance senior manager.
He joined the company as a corporate finance executive in August in 2023 and was promoted to corporate finance manager in April 2025.
A Chartered Accountant, Mulholland previously spent four years with PwC.
Since joining RGCF, he has advised business owners, shareholders and management teams on a range of transactions across several sectors.
These have included, but not limited to, the acquisition of Team Valley-based fresh produce wholesaler JR Holland by US food technology company GrubMarket, the sale of energy technology company Quorum Technology to Norwegian-headquartered Volue and the management buyout of North East engineering business GT Group.
He said: “RGCF is a growing and dynamic corporate finance boutique, and I’m proud to be part of a team delivering high-quality transactions for ambitious businesses, shareholders and management teams.
“I have received tremendous support from colleagues across RG since joining the firm, together with opportunities to develop my skills, take on greater responsibility and work on some complex and rewarding transactions.
“I’m grateful for the confidence the firm has shown in me through this promotion and look forward to continuing my development as we build on RGCF’s strong track record.”
Carl Swansbury, partner and head of corporate finance at RGCF, added: “Euan has made excellent progress since joining us and has become a highly valued member of our team.
“He combines strong technical ability with a commercial mindset and a real commitment to delivering the best possible outcomes for our clients. His contribution to several high-profile transactions demonstrates how much he has developed and the increasing responsibility he has taken within the firm.”
