ON THE MOVE: DTCC Names Samir Pandiri; Lisa Mantil to Polymarket


Samir Pandiri

DTCC has appointed Samir Pandiri as Managing Director and Chief Client Officer, according to a press release. Pandiri joins the DTCC Executive Committee and will report to Frank LaSalla, President & Chief Executive Officer. He will oversee DTCC’s Global Client Management team (Client Leads, Relationship Management & Growth, Partnerships and Strategic Alliances), DTCC Consulting Services and Marketing & Communications. Prior to joining DTCC, Pandiri held executive-level leadership positions in the industry, including at TMF Group, Apex Group, Broadridge International and BNY.

Polymarket has named Lisa Mantil its Head of Institutional Growth, according to a press statement. Mantil joins Polymarket after nearly three decades at Goldman Sachs, where she was named Partner in 2018. Most recently, she built and led the firm’s ETF Accelerator, a platform that helped institutions bring new investment products to market.

Theo Golden

Broadridge has appointed Theo Golden, CFA as Head of Tokenized Product, International, a newly created role. According to a press release, Golden joins Broadridge from Baillie Gifford, where he served as Head of Digital Assets and built the firm’s digital asset capability from the ground up. Prior to that he co-managed Baillie Gifford’s Strategic Bond Fund and worked as a multi-asset investment analyst.

Rimes has named Susanna Yallop as Chief People Officer, based in London. According to a press release, Yallop brings more than 25 years of experience building high-performing, inclusive organizations across fintech, banking, insurance and energy. She joins Rimes from Starling Bank, the UK’s first digital bank, where she served as Chief People Officer. Earlier in her career, she held senior roles at BP Plc, ABN AMRO NV and Hiscox Plc, and founded an independent HR consultancy.

CoinShares has appointed Matt Morris as Chief Financial Officer, according to a press release. Morris succeeds Richard Nash, who has served as Chief Financial Officer of the CoinShares group since 2019 and will remain with the Company as a senior member of the CEO Office, supporting the Group on strategic initiatives and ensuring continuity through the transition. He has worked with the Company since August 2025, initially as Managing Director at Centri Business Consulting, where he led the advisory engagement supporting CoinShares’ U.S. listing and transition to U.S. public-company reporting, and since August 2026 as Deputy Chief Financial Officer.

Trading Technologies International has promoted Maxime Jeanniard du Dot to EVP, Margin Analytics. In that role, he leads the TT Margin business, created following TT’s acquisition of OpenGamma in December. According to a press release, Jeanniard du Dot served as Chief Operating Officer of OpenGamma for 10 years prior to the acquisition. Prior to that, he was Trading Platform Owner for HSBC’s cleared over-the-counter derivatives in London.

Northern Trust Corporation has announced that Dave Fox, Chief Financial Officer, has announced his retirement. Fox intends to remain in his role through the end of the first quarter of 2027 to support a thoughtful and orderly transition. According to a press release, Northern Trust plans to conduct a comprehensive internal and external search for its next Chief Financial Officer.
