NIGERIAN real estate entrepreneur, Austin Albert, has emerged as the first Nigerian to receive the second-highest global sales ranking award from Dubai-based property developer, Binghatti Properties.
The recognition, received on behalf of his firm, Loft & Keys Properties, acknowledges the company’s sales performance in Dubai’s competitive real estate market.
Albert described the award as a significant milestone in his business journey, noting that achieving the recognition required overcoming several challenges.
In a statement reflecting on the achievement, Austin Albert expressed gratitude to God for the recognition by the property developer.
“You may not understand how many battles we’ve had to fight to win this recognition by one of Dubai’s biggest and best real estate developers, Binghatti Properties. God is truly great.
“Dubai has become a major destination for international property investors, offering diverse investment opportunities, luxury developments and a competitive market that attracts buyers from different parts of the world.
“Operating in the market requires industry knowledge, strong business relationships and the ability to respond to changing investment demands.
“Loft & Keys Properties operates in real estate and global mobility, connecting property investment with international business and relocation opportunities.
“The award places the company among participants competing for sales recognition in Dubai’s property sector and highlights the growing involvement of Nigerian entrepreneurs in international real estate markets”, he said.
For Albert, the recognition represents a milestone in the company’s efforts to strengthen its presence in Dubai and pursue further opportunities in the global property industry.
It also underscores the prospects for Nigerian businesses seeking to expand beyond the domestic market and establish themselves in competitive international sectors.
