Under the leadership of KBS CFO founder Robin Thieme, the company provides part-time chief financial officer support, bookkeeping and client advisory services directed at small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

Thieme said: “After a very extensive search, I was thrilled to meet with Numera, an organisation that understands and values the boutique, high-touch solution KBS CFO provides. Numera appreciates the deep relationships we create with our clients.

“Our name is changing, but the team remains the same. This move strengthens our ability to serve clients in the present and ensure enhanced support and continuity for the future.”

Numera said the transaction aligns with its strategy to continue developing a nationwide platform focused on tax, accountancy and financial advisory capabilities.

The group employs several hundred professionals across the US, India and the Philippines, delivering services to more than 10,000 clients nationwide.

“The model puts ‘Big Four’–trained senior experts on your work in days, with the responsiveness and accessibility that growth-stage through to middle-market private equity businesses need but rarely get from traditional firms,” Numera said in a statement.

It particularly provides services to early stage businesses, SMEs, expanding companies and high-net-worth individuals.

The service portfolio covers day-to-day bookkeeping, controller oversight, corporate tax compliance, financial modelling and interim executive financial leadership.
