Commercial real estate deals from across OKC area for July 6, 2024


CBRE Group reports these commercial real estate transactions

  • CBRE 6-25 Park Ave Wholesale Inc. paid $1.7 million to Baker Contracting farms for a 24,000-square-foot industrial building at 3324 N Interstate 35 Service Road. Randy Lacey and Chris Zach, with CBRE, represented the seller. 
  • Investream Properties LLC paid $500,000 to Rapid Jack LLC for 4.3 acres of industrial land at 6901 NW 80. Lacey and Zach represented the buyer. 
  • Federal Emergency Management Agency/General Services Administration leased 49,000 square feet of office/industrial space from Oklahoma City Airport Trust at 5300 S Meridian Ave. Lacey, Zach and Amy Dunn, with CBRE, handled the transaction.  
  • Suntech Heat and Air leased 11,760 square feet of industrial space from Wells 3G Three LLC at 13 NW 132. Lacey and Zach represented the landlord.  
  • Pharmacorr Sterile LLC leased 9,000 square feet of industrial space from GTA Investments LLC at 1500 SE 66. Lacey and Zach handled the transaction.

  • McKenzie Investments LLC paid DTS Resources $220,000 for a 5,840-square-foot retail building at 208 W Oklahoma Ave. in Guthrie. Rosha Wood handled the transaction. 
  • Mach Natural Resources LP renewed and expanded a lease to 55,369 square feet of office space at 14201 Wireless Way. Craig Tucker handled the transaction. 
  • Aviation Training Consulting renewed a lease for 20,582 square feet of office space in Fisher Hall at 3540 S Broadway, Edmond. Tom Fields handled the transaction. 
  • Spirit Halloween leased 10,000 square feet of retail space in Quail Springs Market Place at 2340 W Memorial Road. Aaron Diehl handled the transaction. 
  • PwC US Group LLP renewed a lease for 9,421 square feet of office space in Leadership Square at 211 N Robinson Ave. Tucker handled the transaction. 
  • Merit Advisors leased 2,687 square feet of office space at 4727 Gaillardia Parkway. Ian Self and Tre Dupuy handled the transaction. 
  • LPL Financial leased 2,414 square feet of office space at 4801 Gaillardia Parkway. Self and Dupuy handled the transaction. 
  • Volcano Sushi renewed 2,261 square feet of retail space in Brookhaven Village at 3700 W Robinson St., Norman. Diehl handled the transaction. 
  • Burlington Xpress Tobacco Inc. leased 1,673 square feet of retail space at 13400 N Pennsylvania Ave. Everest Ernst handled the transaction. 
  • Smoke Shop leased 1,300 square feet of retail space in Sooner Crossing at 5801 S Sooner Road. Wood handled the transaction.
