Richard Simmons died after suffering a nasty fall in his Los Angeles home on Saturday, which was the day after his 76th birthday.

According to real estate companies, the late fitness icon’s mansion, which consists of a four-bedroom, five-bathroom home with a whopping 4,119 square feet that housed him for decades, is worth a huge sum of money.
Simmons was certified as the owner of the property, which was calculated to be worth between 4.9 million and 5.4 million dollars and was listed on its paperwork as far back as 1989.
InTouch shared that he also once owned a 1,500-square-foot, three-bedroom, three-bathroom home in West Hollywood, but he sold it years ago.
