White & Case advises FSN Capital on new fund formation and acquisitions


Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised FSN Capital Confluence and FSN Fund V in connection with the formation of FSN Capital Confluence, a newly established €588 million continuation fund, and on the sale by FSN Fund V and acquisition by FSN Capital Confluence of the two portfolio companies, Nordlo and Saferoad.

FSN Capital is a leading northern European private equity firm and investment advisor to the FSN Capital Funds. It has a team of more than 90 professionals across Oslo, Stockholm, Copenhagen and Munich and more than €4 billion under management.

Nordlo is a leading Nordic managed IT service provider. Saferoad is one of the largest providers of road safety and infrastructure solutions in Europe.

The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was led by partner Johan Steen and included partner Oscar Liljeson and associates Alexander Berlin-Jarhamn, Andreas Lexhag, Daniel Agnemyr, Simon Strömbäck, Richard Martin (all Stockholm), Joar Lindén (Brussels) and Kate Kelliher (London & Brussels).
