Cooley Community Alert organises property marking day for north Louth


Cooley Peninsula Community Alert has announced that it will has partnered with An Garda Síochána based in Carlingford, to organise property marking events at a number of venues across the Cooley Peninsula on Saturday 31 August.

People are being invited to bring along their property, including items such as trailers, bicylces, lawnmowers, laptops, power-tools, etc, to have their eircode marked on them for free using the property marking machine.

The locations and times where it will be taking place are as follows:

  • 9.30am -10.30am St Patrick’s GFC car park
  • 11am – 1pm Rosewood/Sportmans car park
  • 1.30pm -2.30pm St Mary’s Hall, Cooley
  • 3pm – 4pm Greenore Village
  • 4.30pm -5.30pm  Omeath Garda Station
