Context

St Stephen’s Norwich is a busy city centre Church open seven days a week and running a busy community café, numerous courses, and community activities.  Our vision is summarised in the statement “Open doors, Open hands, Open heart”.  All activities are under pinned by prayer. The Finance Manager will be part of the established staff team which enjoys good relationships and meets in a safe place for discussion and problem solving.

Our busy church serves a wide variety of people, including families and people on the margins of society. The Church Café is staffed by a paid Café Manager and a team of dedicated volunteers, all of whom have a heart to serve the community and customers to the highest standard.

Due to the busyness of the Café, we need to employ a Finance Manager to maintain the accounting records of the church.
