Melbourne luxury property: Regis Healthcare co-founder offloads Toorak mansion in “stagnant” market

Regis Healthcare co-founder Bryan Dorman has sold his Toorak mansion for an undisclosed figure significantly below its initial $30 million hopes as vendors are being forced to lower expectations to meet the market or pause listings until conditions improve.

The property joined the market in February last year with an initial guide of $28 million to $30 million, later slashed to $19.5 million to $21 million. While the exact sale price will be revealed at settlement, sources declining to be identified said a deal was struck for about $20 million.
