One of the most special days for any employee of a company is the day they get the keys to their brand-new car, rewarded to them by their company for their hard work. Recently, we told you about the Bengaluru-based gold buying and financial services company rewarding their valuable employees with Tata Sierras and Tata Altroz. Well, the same company has now shared the images of the handover ceremony of these cars to their employees.
The images showing the handover ceremony of the Tata Altroz hatchbacks and Sierras SUVs to their employees have been shared on Instagram by White Gold Money on their official page. In these images, we can note that the Founder and CEO of White Gold, Babu CJ, was seen arriving at the Tata Motors dealership with his wife, Beena Babu, to commence the handover ceremony.
They both arrived in the Lexus LM 350h Ultra Luxury, which was also unveiled at the White Gold Excellence Night along with the Tata Sierras and the Altroz hatchbacks. The couple was provided a warm welcome by the dealership staff, and following this, they were seen having conversations with the family members of the employees who arrived to take deliveries of their cars.
All of the White Gold employees were seen signing off the paperwork before the delivery of their cars. We can note that four Tata Altroz hatchbacks were parked next to each other, and all the respective employees were seen standing in front of them. Beena Babu then handed over the keys and bouquets to the employees of White Gold Money. Some of them were also felicitated with a “shawl” as well.
As mentioned above, the name of the company is White Gold Money, and it is one of the largest gold buying and financial services companies based out of Bangalore, Karnataka. This company was founded back in 2017 by Rahul Joseph, a young entrepreneur. White Gold Money has formalized the used-gold buying market by using technology for transparent and instant valuation and purchase of old gold.
Currently, the company has over 100–250 employees in their 50–100+ outlets across South India. A few days ago, we shared the videos of the company showcasing these cars at their “Excellence Night” event, where a number of cultural performances and felicitation of employees was done.
Apart from rewarding the employees of White Gold Money, Rahul Joseph also made the event special for his father. At the same event, surrounded by the Tata Sierras and Altroz hatchbacks, in the middle was a white-colored Lexus LM 350h Ultra Luxury MPV worth Rs 2.70 crore. This particular MPV was a gift by Joseph to his father.
