Galantas Gold Corporation announced the successful completion of its Annual and Special Meeting, with all proposed resolutions passing, including the reelection of its director nominees and the appointment of Clearhouse LLP as auditors. The meeting saw active participation with 45% of the total issued shares represented. The company continues to focus on expanding gold production at its Omagh Project in Northern Ireland and exploring the Kerry Road deposit in Scotland.
