The supermodel, 32 – who revealed what she realized after ‘accidentally falling in love’ with MLB star Justin Verlander – joined Hamlin, 26, and Fontana, 41, at the event which took place at Casa Cipriani.
Upton wowed during the festivities wearing a figure-hugging, strapless gold velvet dress that clung to her frame and contained a fitted bodice.
She slipped into a pair of open-toed, shiny silver pumps that offered an additional flashy flare to the ensemble.
Kate’s blonde locks were parted to the side, and effortlessly flowed down past her shoulders in elegant curls.

The beauty opted for minimal accessories, and added a pair of dainty, silver hooped earrings as well as a gold bracelet on her left wrist.
Her makeup was classically done for the evening, and comprised of a layer of mascara to her lashes as well as a light shadow around her eyes.
A warm blush was added to her cheekbones for a radiant glow, while a nude-colored glossy tint was worn on her lips for a finishing touch.
