LUKE LITTLER has joked he is “bored” of winning golden darts after hitting a nine-darter in the Premier League.

The Nuke triumphed on Night 7 of the tournament and hit an epic nine-darter in the final against Michael van Gerwen.

Fans sensationally spotted how the world champion had predicted he would hit a perfect nine earlier on.

It gave the 18-year-old a third nightly win to put him in a controlling position ahead of the remaining weeks before the O2 showpiece final.

Littler was awarded a striking set of golden darts worth £30,000 following BetMGM‘s commitment to award any player who hits a nine-darter a set of 18-carat solid gold arrows.

Asked about being in the Prem’s golden dart club, Littler said: “It’ll mean everything, it’s a special moment that the sponsors are doing.

“It goes down to myself and I’m glad I’ve hit one on TV for the first time this year.”

Asked whether he would be throwing them, he added: “Is it a proper set, is it not a big set?”

But upon being told they are too big for it, he joked: “Not throwable?

“That’s boring then, innit! [laughing].”
