Robin Roberts delivers hard-hitting news every day on Good Morning America, and she always draws in a TV audience. But she also has a way of capturing folks’ attention that doesn’t involve reporting: her impeccable taste in fashion.
The TV personality found herself in a particularly incredible ensemble during the March 11 taping of the ABC daytime show. As Robin filmed GMA‘s Oscars after party, she paid homage to the golden trophy by wearing a similarly hued jumpsuit designed by Christopher Palu. The sleeveless ensemble featured a high neckline and showed off her arms, while the bottom portion seemingly flared out at the leg of the pants. She paired the jumpsuit with matching gold jewelry, and she added to the overall effect with her signature makeup and perfectly styled bob.
What’s more, Robin later posted an Instagram photo with Christopher, as he was on hand to talk about the award show couture from the night before. “Very grateful to the fabu @christopherpalunewyork for designing this golden jumper for our @goodmorningamerica Oscars After Party!” she wrote on March 11. “He was also a great guest on our show this morning.👏🏽🌟.”
Given how Robin’s on-air attire isn’t usually this bold, people couldn’t get over how amazing she looked in the outfit.
“Love it! Just gorgeous!” one person wrote in the comments. “Stunning!!! You are a true beauty in it too!” another declared. “@robinrobertsgma I love your jumpsuit so much! You rocked it!!” a different follower exclaimed.
As Robin celebrated the Oscars on TV, she wasn’t the only one who nodded to the notable statuettes that day. Meteorologist Ginger Zee also embraced Hollywood’s biggest night by dressing up in her own gold jumpsuit, a one-sleeved number that was equally fitting for the festivities.
Well, the GMA stars definitely know how to shine!
