Five men were arrested after £15,000 worth of cash and gold was stolen from a house in Slough.

A woman in her 30s was held and her child threatened after a group entered the property in Stoke Poges Lane between 13:50 and 14:15 BST on Thursday. No one was injured.

Five men, aged 22, 24, 25, 32 and 33, all from West London, were arrested on suspicion of aggravated burglary and were released on bail.

Thames Valley Police’s Det Insp Ryan Powell asked anyone who saw anything suspicious on Thursday afternoon around Stoke Poges Lane to contact officers.
