- The Olympics are now underway and will feature thousands of stars this summer
- Though they soon will be going for gold, they will catch the eye in other areas
- A number of performers often pose online, showing off their impressive looks
The Olympics are finally underway after a stunning opening ceremony in Paris, and though a number of events had already been up and running, the sporting festival we’ve all been waiting for is finally here in earnest.
Until August 11, Paris will be engulfed by sport and culture as athletes and fans alike from around the world take to the city to compete in what is the peak of their sport and the chance to etch themselves into history.
Be it archery, athletics or swimming, the Games will provide an opportunity for the best the world has to offer to showcase their skills on the world stage – and also look good while doing so.
A number of the athletes in Paris take pride not only in their crafts but their looks and appearances, often showing off on Instagram and other social media platforms, and they will now have potentially the most eyes on them that they have ever had.
Here, Mail Sport takes a look at some of the sexiest athletes that will be competing at the games.
Alica Schmidt – Germany
German runner Alica Schmidt, 25, has often been dubbed ‘the world’s sexiest athlete’ and will take to the track in Paris later on in the Games.
It’s not her first Olympics – in 2021, she was selected for the 4x400m relay event to represent Germany, but travelled as a substitute and didn’t run as her side came fourth, just missing out on a bronze medal.
Having joined the squad since, she was part on the German side that came fifth in the final of the 4x400m relay at the 2022 European Athletics Championships, and will now get a crack at an Olympic medal.
When Australian magazine ‘Busted Coverage’ described her as ‘the world’s sexiest athlete’ in 2017, Schmidt said she received a major increase in social media followers. She currently boasts over 5million on Instagram.
Wavy-haired blonde Schmidt has garnered plenty of attention on social media, but the German track star will be looking to catch the eye with her athletic prowess in Paris.
Alysha Newman – Canada
Canada’s Alysha Newman is a pole vault star who has taken the internet by storm with her raunchy bikini snaps that she often shares to her social media accounts.
The 30-year-old has been around the block when it comes to the Olympics having competed in both the 2016 and 2020 editions, and she will now head to the 2024 Games full of hope.
At the 2018 Commonwealth Games, she won the women’s pole vault with a Games record of 4.75m, and she could look to go one further this summer, though the Canadian will have stiff competition.
In 2021, Newman was named one of Maxim’s hot 100 women, but now her gaze will be firmly set on adding Olympic glory to her list of accomplishments in the sport.
Molly Caudery – Great Britain

One of Newman’s competitors for gold this summer, meanwhile, is Great Britain’s Molly Caudery.
Caudery, 24, is among the favourites to claim gold in Paris this summer and has shot to fame as one of her country’s sweethearts and hopes for success at the Games.
She has a history of success in her sport, winning gold in the World Indoor Championships earlier this year in Glasgow, while she also claimed bronze in the European Championships in Rome in the build-up to the Olympics.
On social media, she boasts a steady 283,000 followers, where she often shows off her beaming smile and successes, and that number will almost certainly rise this summer regardless of whether she comes back an Olympic champion.
Neeraj Chopra – India
Javelin thrower Neeraj Chopra has the pressure on his shoulders this summer with the 26-year-old arguably being India’s biggest hope for a medal at the Games.
He claimed gold in the event in Tokyo three years ago and will look to do the same this summer. He has been showing off his workouts in steamy gym videos as fans follow his preparations.
His huge biceps are often on show in the workouts, and he certainly isn’t camera shy, regularly posing for his staggering 9million followers on Instagram.
Chopra is in good form going into the Games, winning gold in the 2023 World Athletics Championships, so there will be plenty of eyes on the podium should India’s athletics heart-throb go all the way.
Elizabeth Cambage – Australia
Australian basketball star Elizabeth Cambage is something of a veteran when it comes to the Olympics now, gearing up for her third Games.
The 32-year-old was born in England to an Australian mother and a Nigerian father, moving down under when she was three months old, thus not representing her country of birth internationally.
One of the most prolific scorers in the women’s game, Cambage holds the joint-record for points in a single WNBA game with A’Ja Wilson after sinking 53 against the New York Liberty on July 17, 2018.
She is 6ft 9ins tall, and regularly gets her long legs out for social media snaps, showing off her Olympic rings tattoo on her right leg.
Just one week out from the Olympics, Cambage racked up some 38,000 likes on Instagram – and counting – after posing for some stunning snaps on the Balearic island of Ibiza before her bid for gold in Paris.
Jack Laugher – Great Britain
Jack Laugher is a gold medal winning diver for Team GB, but he has built up quite the following for himself on OnlyFans.

Laugher’s most recent post was on Monday and shows him taking a topless selfie in the mirror with his hand down his pants. He has also published pictures where only a sink is protecting his modesty.
In his last video on July 14, he told fans: ‘I can’t wait to compete at the Olympics. Obviously with the competition coming up, I am going to be less active. I’ve cut back a little bit anyway just leading into these Games.
‘I am really hoping to do my best and then be back on it again afterwards and giving you all what you all want to see. There will be content rolling out which will be pre-recorded and pre-done, so stuff will still be posted every week.’
Laugher’s OnlyFans bio states that his content is ‘SFW’ (safe for work). Those who subscribe to his page get a private message from him, which reads: ‘My page is going to be slightly more liberating than my Instagram. I still have my boundaries which I hope you will respect.’
Devon Allen – USA
USA heart-throb Devon Allen is quite the multi-talent. Specialising in the 110m hurdles, he will look to finally secure an Olympic medal this summer after coming so close in the past.
In 2016 he finished fifth, and came forth in the 2020 Games, looking gutted as he crossed the line, though he is a three-time US champion in the event (2014, 2016, 2018).
He certainly has the body to do so, and he will be backed by those back home in the States to deliver a medal. He set pulses racing with his stunning personal best of 12.84 seconds in 2022, which currently stands at the third-fastest time ever.
Away from the track, he is an American Footballer, though Allen is a free agent at the present, having last played for the Philadelphia Eagles as a wide receiver.
Unfortunately for admirers, however, he is taken; Allen is currently dating fitness coach Samantha Bowe.
Dalia Kaddari – Italy
Italian sprinter Dalia Kaddari is another Olympian who loves the beach – posing in some eye-catching bikini snaps on some stunning beaches for her social media.
She was born in Sardinia to an Italian mother and Moroccan-born father, starring in athletics from a young age.
Now 23, she is heading to her second Olympic Games and is keen to kick on from her disappointing performance in the 200m in Tokyo four years ago, where she failed to make the final.
Tokyo saw Italy’s Lamont Marcell Jacobs Jnr win the 100m in stunning fashion – could his gorgeous brunette compatriot pull off a similar feat this time round?
Ferdinand Omanyala – Kenya
Not only does Kenyan sprinter Ferdinand Omanyala have a body to die for, he is the ninth-fastest man of all time.
He is eighth favourite to claim gold in France, meaning he may just sneak into the final on this occasion, but at least his fans would be treated to some more air time for the Kenyan heart-throb.
Though he is the African record holder in the 100m, he has only been to one Olympic Games before, finishing eighth in the 2020 Games in Tokyo.
He does, however, have a gold medal in the Commonwealth Games and, at 28, is in his prime in his bid for success.

Lieke Klaver – Netherlands
Lieke Klaver doesn’t just bring stunning good looks, but genuine medal hopes for the Netherlands.
She is 2023 World Champion and the 2024 World Indoor Champion in the 4x400m relay, meaning the pressure is on to deliver Olympic gold to go with those achievements – especially coming up against Germany’s Schmidt.
In 2021, she was part of the women’s team that could only manage a sixth-place finish, while the mixed team agonisingly missed out on a medal, finishing fourth.
With 777,000 followers on Instagram, there are sure to be plenty of eyes on the wavy-haired blonde as she bids to get her nation onto the podium in Paris.
