Travel Counsellors hosted an exquisite celebration of its top performers who have achieved Gold status.
This celebration marked the 20th anniversary of Gold at TC, coinciding with the company’s 30th anniversary year. The event took place at the prestigious Fairmont Windsor Park Hotel, bringing together almost 130 esteemed Travel Counsellors, including 16 outstanding ’new-to-Gold’ business owners, over 20 support team colleagues and several valued supplier partners.
Highlights of the evening included inspiring stories of success; special recognition given to the six Travel Counsellors who have maintained Gold status from the very beginning. Most notably, all of the six had achieved their best ever year in 2023, highlighting their unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service. In addition, more Travel Counsellors demonstrated their commitment to excellence through participation in business sessions the following day, which is part of a wider training suite on offer – which includes ‘My Personal Best’ training, inspired by Travel Counsellors relationship with the High Performance Podcast, and designed to nurture high potential TCs within the global community.
The occasion kicked off with an elegant afternoon tea, followed by a fireside chat with some of the Gold Travel Counsellors. Attendees then had the option to enjoy one of the many masterclasses on offer from cocktails to terrarium making. The evening continued in style with a drinks reception, three-course dinner, awards ceremony and entertainment.
