JP Morgan Asset Management has extended its partnership with fintech platform iCapital in a move that will broaden its alternatives fund distribution in the Asia Pacific wealth channel.
The tie-up will see a range of JPMAM’s alternative funds, including semi-liquid private equity, infrastructure, real estate and transportation strategies, made available to wealth managers and their high-net-worth clients.
JP Morgan has a longstanding relationship with iCapital, having acquired an undisclosed stake in the $179bn platform and formed a US distribution pact in 2018.
