Wheaton Precious Metals Corp. has declared a third quarterly cash dividend for 2024 at US$0.155 per common share, scheduled for payment to shareholders on record by September 4, 2024. The company’s Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP) allows shareholders to reinvest dividends to acquire additional shares, with this quarter’s shares being issued from treasury without a discount. While future dividends are subject to board discretion, they currently qualify as ‘eligible dividends’ for Canadian income tax purposes.
