Pair of special editions offer extra equipment, bespoke graphics, and a choice of 360 hp or 710 hp supercharged power, with prices up to $113k

- Dodge has introduced two special edition Durangos to celebrate 20 years of the Hemi V8’s availability in the SUV.
- The $113k Durango SRT Hellcat Silver Bullet And $67k R/T 20th Anniversary both get extra equipment and special graphics.
- There are no mechanical changes to the 710 hp supercharged 6.2L V8 in the SRT or the R/T’s 360 hp naturally-aspirated 5.7.
The V8 Charger and Challenger have already been laid to rest and Dodge is winding down availability of the Hemi in the Durango SUV, too. But not before it’s celebrated 20 years of union between the Durango and Hemi V8 with a pair of special edition muscle utilities.
Back in January Dodge revealed the Last Call Durango SRT 392 AlcHEMI, a special edition SUV fitted with the 6.4-liter, 475 hp (482 PS) V8, and now the SRT Hellcat Silver Bullet and R/T 20th Anniversary extend the fun to the other V8 engines in the Durango lineup.

The Silver Bullet is based around the top-dog Durango Hellcat, meaning it comes equipped with 710 hp (710 PS) of 6.2-liter supercharged wickedness and is the first ever special edition version of the blown Durango. The less manic and more attainable R/T 20th is powered by the milder, naturally-aspirated 5.7-liter version of the Hemi that pumps out 360 hp (365 PS).
Silver Bullet models get a satin black hood, gray metallic SRT Hellcat badging, SRT black exhaust tips and rear Dodge badge, red six-piston Brembo brake calipers and 20-inch wheels with a “Lights Out” finish. Inside, Ebony Red Nappa leather seats complete with SRT Hellcat logos make their Durango debut alongside carbon fiber interior trim, and a suede steering wheel and matching headliner.
If you like the sound of all that, but not the $113,325 price – which is $6k more than 2024’s most expensive Durango Hellcat – the R/T 20th Anniversary offers much of the same vibe for around 60 percent of the outlay (see gallery below). Sure you’re also only getting 50 percent of the Hellcat’s power, but the R/T still looks the part with its black Hemi hood graphic, “345” fender badges and 20-inch Y-spoke forged Brass Monkey wheels.
Other Anniversary features include carbon interior trim and second-row captain’s chairs, as well as Dodge’s Tow N Go package, which consists of an upgraded chassis and brakes, plus an 8,700 lbs (3,946 kg) towing capacity – up from 7,400 lbs (3,357 kg). The check comes to $66,970 excluding destination, or you can go Premium and throw in a better hifi and extra safety kit for $70,470.
