Gold price per tola drops by Rs1,400 to Rs241,500; international price falls $43; silver rates rise by Rs100 per tola
The per tola price of 24 karat gold decreased by Rs1,400, selling at Rs241,500 on Saturday compared to Rs242,900 on the previous trading day, according to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
The 10-gram gold was sold at Rs207,047 after a decrease of Rs1,201.
In the international market, the gold rate was set at $2,320 per ounce after it plunged $43 during the day.

Meanwhile, silver rates increased by Rs100 per tola, now standing at Rs2,850. The price of 10 grams of silver also rose by Rs85.76, reaching Rs2,443.41.
On Friday, the gold price per tola had jumped by Rs1,600, clocking in at Rs242,900 in Pakistan.
