Minco Silver Corporation successfully concluded its 2024 Annual General and Special Meeting, with shareholders unanimously approving all resolutions. The board was established with four directors, all of whom received overwhelming support for their election. Additionally, the shareholders endorsed the appointment of MSLL CAP LLP as auditors and ratified the Company’s Long Term Incentive Plan.
