As one of the world’s leading athletic footwear and apparel brands, Nike has built quite the roster over the years. Recently, one of its signature designs has been making a comeback across updated models and new colorways. Making its debut in 2000, the Nike Shox has evolved into a brand mainstay, fusing past and present. To keep the model fresh, Nike has tossed the Shox R4 in “White and Metallic Silver.”
Still harboring its futuristic look, the shoe sees a smooth synthetic upper, four compressive columns on the heel for style, structural support and bounce alongside white synthetic leather. What also takes the shoe into the future is its inspiration from space suits and astronaut gear which are reflected in the upper’s rippled and later perforations.

Retailing for $150 USD, the Nike Shox R4 “White and Metallic Silver” is set to be released at 10 am on April 16 online at Nike and on the SNKRS app.
