Of recently revived Nikes, the Nike Zoom Vomero 5 hits closest to the retro Y2K aesthetics that have absolutely exploded in recent years. With that in mind, it’s certainly good business to continue offering as wide a range of new colorways as possible. Not venturing too far from the chrome palette that’s surely pervasive in your 2000s inspo albums, the newest Metallic Silver and Photo Blue pair adds a new shade to the typically neutral shoe.
When compared to variations from past months, the layout on this pair runs parallel to the “Orange Safety” Nike Zoom Vomero released at the very top of the year. Though the reliable greyscale tones take up the majority of the shoe, the cage and sole are set aside in Photo Blue, an non-invasive way to bring some extra pizzaz onto the model.
Like most Vomero releases have been, these are a wide release- with a rollout in the next month or so anticipated rather than a specific date. Expect a retail price of $160 if and when you come across them.
Elsewhere for Nike, the push for their latest Air Max model continues with the Air Max Dn “Metallic Silver.”
