At the age of just 17, Curzan won a silver medal at the Tokyo Olympics in the 4×100 meter medley relay. But despite her success at a very young age, Claire, surprisingly, admitted to struggling with confidence and the challenge of believing in her training abilities. To overcome this, Curzan is actively worked on building confidence with the help of a sports psychologist. This professional is one of the many people assisting her in preparing for the upcoming intense months of training and competition.

Claire acknowledged the importance of her team and shared, “I have such a great support system back at home,” not only from her high school but also from her family and club team. Now focused on Paris 2024, Claire also revealed her readiness to leave a mark on the Olympic stage once again.
