Silver Futures Decline to Rs 89,110 per kg


Silver prices fell on Monday, with futures contracts declining to Rs 89,110 per kilogram on the Multi Commodity Exchange. Global silver prices also traded lower.

New Delhi, Jul 22 (PTI) Silver prices on Monday fell Rs 536 to Rs 89,110 per kilogram as participants reduced their bets.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, silver contracts for September delivery declined by Rs 536 or 0.6 per cent to Rs 89,110 per kg in a business turnover of 26,370 lots.

Globally, silver was trading 0.25 per cent lower at USD 29.23 per ounce in New York.
