Nike SB’s Ishod Wair continues to blend his love for ’90s Swoosh lore with modern skateboarding functionality in his latest creation, the Ishod 2 “Silver Bullet.”
Drawing direct inspiration from Christian Tresser’s iconic Air Max 97 design, Wair’s sophomore signature model showcases a deep appreciation for one of the most celebrated eras in sneaker history.
The Ishod 2 “Silver Bullet” mirrors the aesthetic of its muse with striking accuracy. It features the same gleaming metallic silver that defines the Air Max 97, the signature red Swoosh at the midfoot, and the horizontal striped pull tab at the heel. These elements pay homage to the original running shoe and infuse it with the robust build required for modern skateboarding.
This sneaker is a testament to Wair’s unique position in the skate world—equally influenced by athletic heritage and the demands of skateboarding.
Although no official release date has been announced yet, the Nike SB Ishod 2 “Silver Bullet” is expected to be released during the Fall/Holiday season.
