Vizsla Silver Corp. has received final court approval for its strategic reorganization involving the spinout of Vizsla Royalties Corp. Shareholders of Vizsla Silver will obtain new shares and warrants in Spinco, significantly restructuring the ownership as Spinco ceases to be a wholly owned subsidiary. The completion of this arrangement is anticipated to occur on June 24, 2024, promising a new corporate structure aimed at enhancing shareholder value.
