James Beaumont joins Cortland as its Chief Financial Officer, Europe.

Build to Rent real estate investment, development, and management company Cortland appoints James Beaumont to its UK team as Chief Financial Officer, Europe.

In his new role, James will be responsible for supporting the strategic growth of the company’s business in Britain.

Prior to joining Cortland, James was Chief Financial Officer at Industrials REIT, a diversified portfolio of UK purpose built multi-let industrial (MLI) estates across the UK.

With an impressive track record in both listed and private organisations, James is an established real estate leader.

His experience in leading capital market transactions, financial reporting, and investor relations further adds to Cortland’s leadership team in the UK.
