Roma Green Finance shares were recently at $10.03 in their Nasdaq debut, up sharply from their initial public offering price of $4.
The company sold 2.45 million shares and a selling stockholder sold 625,517.
Hong Kong-based Roma Green Finance provides advisory services in areas such as sustainability program development, ESG reporting and risk management. It plans to use IPO proceeds for purposes including expanding in other international markets, acquisitions and establishing a formal ESG academy.
